AIM TO ACHIEVE is a program that promotes growth and life enrichment for adults with disabilities through education, recreation and socialization with programs designed and adapted to individual abilities.
AIM TO ACHIEVE provides classes and assistance to individuals 18 years of age and older having developmental, sensory, cognitive and physical disabilities. AIM TO ACHIEVE assists individuals in expanding their skills and interests and provides social opportunities through Community Education classes.
How To Register for Classes:
Transportation:
When possible, we will provide transportation for disabled adults living within Red Wing to and from classes. Transportation availability is limited. Please request transportation at least one week before class begins by indicating on the registration form or calling 651-385-4565. Program Fee Tuition Assistance:
If you are having difficulty fitting program fees into your budget, contact the Community Education office to find out if you qualify for tuition assistance. Please indicate when registering if you are in need of tuition assistance. Cancellation of Class Due To Weather: AIM TO ACHIEVE classes are automatically canceled on days when Red Wing School District #256 buildings do not open due to storms or if students are dismissed early or if other unseen circumstances arise. In the event of a late start, class will be held at its normal time. Volunteer Opportunities: AIM TO ACHIEVE would like to invite you to share your time and talents as a volunteer. Your commitment and support will allow individuals with disabilities to expand their leisure and educational interests through participation in Community Education classes.
