Enrollment Process for Burnside Elementary
Grades 2 - 4

After completing and submitting the district enrollment forms, parent(s)/guardian(s) should accompany students to the principal's office at the school. At that time you will need to complete forms specific to the school. Students will be assigned to a teacher.
